General terms of delivery
Lanyards-etc only ships to mainland UK addresses. Due to handling costs, we cannot accept any orders under £7.Method of delivery
To reduce posting costs for our customers, we use Royal Mail for small orders / lighter packets and the Fedex Courier Service for all large orders / heavy parcels. This is calculated automatically during check out and is determined by the total weight of your order.Delivery times
Normal delivery time is 1-4 working days, depending on when your order is processed and the method of delivery chosen. You will receive an Order Confirmation by e-mail, with a reference number. Delivery times are Monday-Friday (except public holidays) 08.30 to 17.00.Orders received over weekends or bank holidays will be despatched the next working day. Please be aware LanyardsETC do not despatch orders on a Friday. Orders placed on Friday will be posted on the following Monday.
Orders placed before 3pm (GMT) are usually despatched the same day subject to stock availability. Same day despatch excludes orders placed on weekends and bank holidays.
Delivery charges
This is dependent on the weight of the your order and method of delivery(There may be additional shipping costs if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and any other off-shore UK Island/location). Our delivery tariffs are as follows:FEDEX Next Day:
- 0 - 15kg = £13.50 (e.g up to 1250 plain lanyards)
- 15.01 - 30kg = £21.50 (e.g up to 2500 plain lanyards)
- 30.01 - 50kg = £31 (e.g up to 4166 plain lanyards)
- 50.01 - 250kg = £72
- 250.01 - 500.99kg = £95
- 501 - 1000kg = £120
FEDEX Two Day:
- 0 - 15kg = £9.50 (e.g up to 1250 plain lanyards)
- 15.01 - 30kg = £11.50 (e.g up to 2500 plain lanyards)
- 30.01 - 50kg = £18 (e.g up to 4166 plain lanyards)
- 50.01 - 250kg = £49
- 250.01 - 500.99kg = £75
- 501 - 1000kg = £95
Royal Mail 1st Class:
- 0 - 0.24kg = £3
- 0.25 - 0.49kg = £3.50
- 0.50 - 0.74kg = £4.50
- 0.75 - 0.99kg = £5.50
- 1kg - 1.24kg = £6.50
